PASS
No special arrangements for ski pass
are available for conference participants. The valley skipass,
that entitles to 140
km of beautiful slopes, can be bougth at the Cortina skipass center, or booked

SKI
SCHOOL
For accompanying persons who are
interested in ski school, we strongly suggest to book in advance. There
are not many ski schools in Cortina and
according to the season it may not be easy to find the ideal solution.
The largest ski school in Cortina is the Scuola Sci Cortina,
that exposes times and rates at www.scuolascicortina.it.

LOCAL
TRANSPORT
The Collegio delle Orsoline is 1400 meters
away from the Faloria cableway and downtown Cortina. Such distance can be walked in 15 minutes
but part of it is very steep. Local transport to the cableway will be
provided to participants that are not driving their own car, at times
compatible with the conference schedule, also to other cableways in the
valley. Participants that drive their own cars will ease the logistic
organization and will be appreciated.

ACCOMODATION
AND SERVICES
All rooms in the Collegio
delle Orsoline have
telephone line where one can connect by a laptop at standard costs;
although, they do not provide TV set in the room, which is instead
available in each floor in a large and comfortable common room. All the
ground floor and the conference rooms have wi-fi
connection.
