ARPA project aim at develop novel solution for flexible manufacturinga and augmented reality techniques for processes automation. The contribution of CNR-IASI to ARPA joint project is the development of methods, models and systems for predictive maintenance and for the management of logistic risks. For predictive maintenance, CNR-IASI developed methods and tools for recognition anomalies (anomaly detetion) in the operation of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV). Statistics, and artificial intelligence based methods are used. In relation to logistic risks, the developed tool allow to analyze data related to distribution of components from supplier and recognize delays. A system for alerting, product plan simulation and recovery plans is developed. The developed tools are interfaced with a Human Man Interface (HMI).
