Project aims at optimizing and integrating knowledge of monuments and topography of the territory NW of Rome, including the ancient city of Caere, from site formation processes to Roman and medieval ages. The study focuses on systematic collection and organization of archaeological remains, both visible and buried, to create a central system for data collection and management with interdisciplinary nature for knowledge of territory and ancient landscapes: a GIS for Cultural Heritage of the area
