For the MIE program, CNR-IASI developed two researches: – data mining and machine learning based tools in order to localize in time and space social events and anoumalous aggregations, based on the observation of cell phone presence – planning tool for users attending big events. The planning is done with a math-heuristic based algorithm solving a special case of orienteering problem with time windows constraints
