Based on the interaction of the nucleoporin153 with HNRNPA2B1, a protein implicated in the recognition, binding and loading of miRNA in exosomes, we will investigate whether decreased levels of Nup153 in neural stem cells isolated from a mouse model of AD, lead to altered level of HNRNPA2B1 and processing and loading of miRNA in exosomes.
